    According to the Standard for Identification of Human Injury Degree, minor injuries include Level I and Level II. In combination with the provisions in the standard, the standard for head minor injuries is actually divided into Level I and Level II.
    Level I cases of minor head injuries include:
    1. The wound or scar on the injured person's scalp with a cumulative length of 20 cm.
    2. If the scalp avulsion injury is caused, the cumulative area of the injury is required to be more than 50 square centimeters or the cumulative area of the scalp defect is required to be more than 24 square centimeters.
    3. The injured person's skull had comminuted or concave fractures.
    4. If skull base fracture is caused, cerebrospinal fluid leakage is also required.
    5. Cerebral contusion (fissure); Intracranial hemorrhage; Chronic intracranial hematoma; Traumatic subdural effusion.
    6. Traumatic hydrocephalus; Traumatic intracranial aneurysm; Traumatic cerebral infarction; Traumatic intracranial hypotension syndrome.
    7. Defecation or urination dysfunction caused by spinal cord injury (mild).
    8. Spinal cord contusion and laceration.

    Minor injury refers to the injury that physical, chemical, biological and other external factors act on the human body, causing a certain degree of damage or partial dysfunction of tissue and organ structure, and has not yet constituted serious injury and is not a minor injury
