(2) The protection scope of well-known trademark right extends to all products, and no marks similar to the registered well-known trademark shall be used. Even if the well-known trademark is not registered in China, its scope of protection also extends to the use of similar marks on similar products.
(3) A registered trademark may not be used by others as the name of its manufacturer.
