Introduction to the Center |
The Human Rights Research Center of Nankai University was established on April 8, 2005. Over the past few years, under the guidance and help of the China Society for Human Rights Studies, the researchers of the Center have made joint efforts to do a lot of work in academic research, knowledge popularization, advisory services, human rights exchanges, human rights education and external publicity, and have made certain achievements. In particular, he has published a series of Chinese Human Rights in Action, the first blue book on the development of China's human rights cause, participated in a number of national human rights policy consulting and services, and won praise from the government and academia with his rigorous style of study and high-quality research and consulting results. In 2011, the Center was approved by the Tianjin Municipal Education Commission as the key research base of humanities and social sciences for ordinary colleges and universities in Tianjin.
