Shenzhen Spray Tower Waste Gas Tower
working principle
The acid mist waste gas is introduced into the purification tower through the air duct. After passing through the packing layer, the waste gas and sodium hydroxide absorption liquid are fully contacted by gas-liquid two phase absorption and neutralization reaction. After purification, the acid mist waste gas is dewatered and defogged by the demister, and then discharged into the atmosphere by the fan. The absorption liquid is sprayed down from the tower top after being pressurized by the water pump at the tower bottom, and then returned to the tower bottom for recycling. The purified acid fog exhaust gas meets the emission requirements of local emission standards and is lower than the national emission standards.

The packing layer in the spray tower is used as the mass transfer equipment for the contact component between gas and liquid phases. The bottom of the packed tower is equipped with a packing support plate, and the packing is placed on the support plate in a disorderly manner. The packing pressing plate is installed above the packing to prevent it from being blown by the updraft. The spray liquid of the spray tower is sprayed onto the packing through the liquid distributor from the top of the tower and flows down along the surface of the packing. The gas is fed from the bottom of the tower and distributed by the gas distribution device. After being counter current with the liquid, it continuously passes through the gap of the packing layer. On the surface of the packing, the gas-liquid two phases are in close contact for mass transfer. When liquid flows downward along the packing layer, wall flow phenomenon sometimes occurs, and wall flow effect causes uneven distribution of gas-liquid two phases in the packing layer, thus reducing the mass transfer efficiency. Therefore, the packing layer in the spray tower is divided into two sections, and a redistribution device is set in the middle to spray onto the lower packing after redistribution.
Application Precautions
1. Regulation of circulating water volume: it is determined by the water supply pump of the spray tower. When one boiler is running, one can be started. When two or three pumps are running at the same time in winter, all the two pumps can be opened. The flow of the mud pump should be adjusted according to the flow of the circulating pump to make it equal.
2. Dosing amount in the dosing tank in the spray tower: when one boiler is running, add 2 bags of alkali and 5 bags of hydrated lime. If two or three boilers are running in winter, the dosing amount can be increased by corresponding multiples.
3 The sedimentation tank of spray tower shall be cleaned frequently, once a week in summer and once three days in winter.
4. When the ash water separator discharges water, it shall be discharged once per shift, and the blowdown valve shall be opened separately until clear water is discharged.
5. The above rotating parts shall be checked and oiled frequently, and any fault found shall be eliminated in time to achieve the desulfurization effect of spray tower.
6. Pay attention to safety when going up and down stairs for dosing, and have independent security and mutual security awareness.
7. After the work is completed, clean up in time to ensure that the site is clear.
The inner surface of the tower body of the manufacturer of the waste gas tower purification tower of Shenzhen spray tower is treated with corrosion-resistant and water-resistant resin, and the middle layer is composed of multiple layers of alkali free and wax free glass cloth and unsaturated polyester resin according to different requirements. The number of layers is determined according to the thickness requirements.
Water resistant and anti-aging gel coat resin is used as anti-aging surface layer on the external surface of the tower, and alkali free, wax free, and twist free checkered fine cloth is used as anti-aging filter layer between the middle layer (strength layer) and the internal and external surfaces.
Shenzhen spray tower, waste gas tower and purification tower manufacturers use the phenomenon of diffusion and absorption between relatively flowing water and acid containing gas to conduct mass exchange between the two. The large spray intensity and numerous fillers increase the contact between the two. With sufficient spray height, the sour gas can have enough residence time in the tower. In view of the above difficulties, the absorption tower can obtain the purification effect of other purification equipment. The absorption tower consists of tower body (including water storage tank), filler, spray device (including circulating water pump) and dehydration layer.
Installation, use and maintenance:
1. The purification tower can be arranged and installed by our company according to the site conditions, and the user can also install it by himself.
2. The concrete foundation shall be constructed according to the foundation dimension drawing provided by our company.
3. The power equipment shall be equipped with rain cover.
4. After the equipment is installed, first use water to replace the absorption liquid for circulation commissioning, and then put (prepare) the absorption liquid for normal operation after 4 hours of normal operation (without pipeline running, emitting, dripping, leaking, plugging, etc.).
5. The absorbent and adsorbent shall be replaced in time according to the use condition.
6. Regularly check and maintain the water pump, valve, pipeline, nozzle, packing, etc. to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
