Emulsion polymerized styrene butadiene rubber is a kind of rubber consumed in synthetic rubber. Emulsion polymerized styrene butadiene rubber products are divided into general varieties and special varieties. SBR-1502 is a typical variety of general purpose non polluting soft emulsion styrene butadiene rubber. Its properties are equivalent to those of SBR-1500, and it has good tensile strength, wear resistance and bending properties. SBR-1502 is widely used for rubber products with bright and light colors, such as tire sidewalls, transparent rubber shoes, adhesive tapes, products and other general colored products.

SBR-1712 is a kind of soft emulsion polystyrene butadiene rubber filled with high aromatic oil, which is polluting. It has excellent adhesion, wear resistance, processability and low price. SBR-1712 is widely used in passenger car tire tread rubber, tire tread rubber, conveyor belt, rubber hose and general black rubber products.

The production technology of emulsion polymerized styrene butadiene rubber gradually matured in the late 1920s. Since then, the process has been continuously improved and developed towards the direction of large-scale equipment. The automatic control level has been significantly improved and has reached a considerable level.
