usage method:
Before using the electronic toy instant bonding agent JD-480, remove the dust, oil stain, rust, etc. on the bonding surface with dry cotton cloth or sandpaper, and then wipe with cleaning agent to clean the bonding surface.
Unscrew the front cover of glue and use it; If there is glue at the bottle mouth, wipe the glue with a cotton cloth first, and then put a needle or PE dropper on it for use, so as to control the glue flow and use effect.
Apply a small drop of adhesive to the bonded surface, and immediately bond until it hardens. The hardening time varies from seconds to minutes. Practical strength can be achieved in about 30 minutes, and high strength can be achieved after 24 hours.
Clean the bottle mouth after use and tighten the cap.
matters needing attention
Do not wear woven gloves for use. The instant drying adhesive absorbed by the woven material of the gloves will quickly polymerize and generate high heat during the reaction, which will burn your hands, so please remember not to wear woven gloves for use.
If the eyes are accidentally touched, because the hard glue after curing will hurt the eyes, do not rub them with hands, and immediately wash them with a large amount of water or use warm towels to compress them, so that the eyelid sweat will naturally separate, do not force them open, and send them to the hospital for emergency treatment in serious cases; In case of skin contact, soak it in warm soapy water and remove it with unglued agent.
The instant drying adhesive is volatile and irritant. Please keep the workplace ventilated when using it in large quantities.
When there is a large amount of leakage, it can be cured with water and then scraped off.
