A new hotel opened in 2022 had power and water supply cut off at 12:00 a.m. until 6:00 a.m. After the accident, several receptionists were dealing with our guests. If there were not more noisy guests, the person in charge did not explain. I don't know if there were any guests trapped in the elevator at that time. A five-star hotel in Tangtang didn't even have electricity reserves. It was really not as good as a small hotel with hundreds of dollars
