In the first half of 2024, candidates in our province will begin to apply for graduation, and the relevant matters are announced as follows:

Registered candidates directly log in to the online information system of Hebei Provincial Education Examination Institute for Self study Higher Education Examination (hereinafter referred to as "Self study Examination Information System") http://zk.hebeea.edu.cn ）Click "Apply for Graduation Entrance" to apply.

After logging into the "Self study Examination Information System", unregistered candidates must first enter the "Candidate Registration Portal" to complete registration before applying for graduation.

1、 Time and requirements for graduation application

（1） Register online and apply for graduation

1。 Time: July 1-6 (8:00-22:00);

2。 Requirements: The examinee shall truthfully fill in relevant information on the Internet within the specified time, and prepare relevant materials as required.

（2） Site confirmation and submission of materials

1。 Time: July 1-6 (9:00-11:30, 14:00-17:00), July 7 (9:00-11:30);

2。 It is required that the examinee should go to the selected registration point to carefully check the contents on the "Hebei Higher Education Self study Examination Graduation Information Confirmation Form", sign after confirmation, and submit materials on the spot.

（3） Publication time of electronic comparison results

17:00, July 12 (log in to the "Self study Examination Information System" and click the "Graduation Electronic Comparison Results" column to query).

（4） Time for release and review of validation results and certificate collection

1。 Release time: 17:00, August 15, 2024;

2。 Review time: Within 5 working days from the date of the release of the graduation review results, if the examinee has any objection to the results, he or she can apply for review at the Municipal Education Examination Institute within the specified time, and will not be accepted if it is overdue;

3。 Time of getting the certificate: the time announced by the municipal education examination institutes shall prevail.

2、 Precautions

（1） Candidates must apply for graduation in accordance with the Detailed Rules of Hebei Province on the Administration of Self study Examination for Higher Education. (For details of the conditions and requirements for applying for graduation, please refer to the "Summary of Examination Management Rules")

（2） The examinee shall complete the graduation application, confirmation and submission of materials within the specified time, and will not be accepted if it is overdue.

（3） Candidates must carefully check the contents of the "Hebei Higher Education Self study Examination Graduation Information Confirmation Form" and sign for confirmation.

（4） The examinee's "resident ID card", "Electronic Registration and Filing Form for Academic Certificates of the Ministry of Education" and other materials should be valid during the graduation business handling period (July September 2024). The materials that are about to expire should be replaced in time to avoid affecting graduation.

（5） To apply for undergraduate graduates, you must first download and install the "Xuexin" app on your mobile phone (the mobile app store searches for the keyword "Xuexin"). During the online graduation application process, use the app to scan the Xuexin QR code and authorize the completion of the verification of your academic information. Candidates who fail to pass the academic verification shall prepare materials according to the prompt requirements. (For details, please refer to "Regulations on Graduation Application")

The materials submitted by candidates must be authentic and effective. Those who practice fraud and submit false materials shall be dealt with in accordance with the Measures for Handling Violations of National Education Examination (Order No. 33 of the Ministry of Education).
