In accordance with the Civil Servant Law and the relevant regulations on the employment of civil servants, we hereby notify the Central Financial Office and the Central Financial Working Committee of the People's Republic of China on the interview, physical examination and investigation of the supplementary employment of civil servants in 2024 as follows:
1、 List of interviewees
See Annex 1 for the list of candidates for interview.
2、 Interview confirmation
Candidates for interview, please Confirmed before 16:00 on May 15, 2024 Whether to attend the interview. Send the scanned copy of the Confirmation of Interview Participation (see Annex 2) or the Statement of Abandonment of Interview Qualification (see Annex 3) signed by myself and pasted with the front and back copies of my ID card to zyjrbgwykl@163.com "XXX (name of examinee) confirms (or abandons) to participate in the 2024 interview of the Central Financial Office and the Central Financial Working Committee for supplementary recruitment of civil servants".
Those who have confirmed to participate in the interview but do not participate in the interview due to personal reasons will be reported to the central competent department of civil servants depending on the circumstances and recorded in the candidate's integrity file.
3、 Psychological assessment
It is confirmed that all candidates participating in the interview need to conduct psychological quality assessment online, and the assessment results are not included in the comprehensive scores. The evaluation time starts from May 13. The specific evaluation time and method will be notified by email or SMS. Please pay attention at any time and complete the evaluation in time as required. Those who fail to complete the psychological quality assessment shall be deemed to have given up the interview qualification.
4、 Review of interview qualification
The qualification review will be conducted from 14:00 to 17:00 on May 18, 2024, at No. 6, Yuetan South Street, Xicheng District, Beijing. Candidates must carry the following materials:
1. The original and copy of my ID card.
2. Written examination permit for public subjects.
3. Candidate registration form (paste photos, fill in personal learning and work experience truthfully and in detail, the time must be continuous, and indicate whether each learning stage is on-the-job learning, what kind of education and degree you have obtained, and sign in person).
4. Other relevant materials, such as the obtained bachelor's degree and degree certificates at all stages, foreign language level certificates, professional qualification certificates required by the position submitted, award certificates at school level or above (all listed in the registration form shall be provided). The originals and copies of the above materials shall be provided.
5. Explanatory materials about grass-roots work experience required for the position. Provide the original and copy of the labor contract or payment of social insurance and other materials that can explain the relevant work experience.
6. Candidates shall provide the following materials according to their identity categories:
The fresh graduates shall provide the original and copy of their student cards, and the application recommendation form with the official seal of their school (the training method shall be indicated and the photos shall be pasted).
The social in-service personnel shall provide the application recommendation form stamped with the official seal of their unit (if it is really difficult, it can be provided before the investigation). If the current work unit is inconsistent with the unit that filled in the application, the relevant explanation shall be provided.
The returned overseas students shall provide the original and copy of the certificate of foreign academic qualifications and degrees certified by the Overseas Study Service Center of the Ministry of Education.
Candidates shall be responsible for the authenticity of the materials provided. If the materials are incomplete or the main information is untrue, which affects the qualification review results, they will be disqualified from the interview.
5、 Interview arrangement
The interview time is May 19 and 20, 2024 The interview place is 6 Yuetan South Street, Xicheng District, Beijing. See Attachment 1 for the interview time of each position.
Candidates for the interview should arrive at the interview place before 8:20 a.m. on the interview day to sign in. After 8:30, the interview place will be closed as required. Candidates who do not enter the interview place before 8:30 a.m. will be disqualified for the interview.
6、 Physical examination and inspection
（1） Calculation method of comprehensive scores
Comprehensive score=(total score of public subjects in written examination ÷ 2) × 50%+interview score × 50%.
（2） Determine candidates for physical examination and investigation
According to the relevant regulations on civil servant employment, for the positions where the proportion of the number of interviewees to the number of planned employees reaches 3:1 or above, the candidates for physical examination and investigation shall be determined in equal proportion of 1:1 according to the order of comprehensive scores from high to low after the interview. For positions where the ratio of the number of interviewees to the planned number of employees is less than 3:1, the candidates for physical examination and inspection can be determined in the same proportion of 1:1 only when the candidate's interview score reaches 75 points.
（3） Physical examination
Time of physical examination: In the morning of May 22, 2024, the specific arrangement will be notified after the interview. If there is no reason for missing the inspection, it shall be deemed as giving up the inspection qualification.
（4） Inspection
The inspection time and relevant requirements will be notified separately.
（5） Employment
According to the comprehensive examination results, physical examination results and investigation results of the candidates, the candidates to be employed are selected according to the principle of suitability of personnel and posts.
7、 Precautions and disciplinary requirements
1. The interview was organized by the Central Finance Office and the Central Financial Working Committee, and no review materials were specified.
2. Candidates should be responsible for the authenticity of the materials provided. If they find that the materials are false or the qualifications are inconsistent, they will be disqualified from employment.
3. Candidates must dress neatly and decently on the interview day.
4. Candidates must strictly abide by the relevant discipline provisions of the examination room. Those who deliberately violate the rules will be disqualified from the interview.
5. No electronic equipment with communication function shall be used in the waiting room and examination room. If the electronic communication equipment is not handed in as required, the interview qualification will be cancelled.
6. Please ensure that the registered contact number and email address of the civil servant are valid when registering, and keep the phone unblocked so that the examiners can contact you at any time.
