According to the Report on the Transparency of Tipping Safety in the Fourth Quarter of 2021 released by Tipping Safety Center, "emotional fraud" accounts for more than 56% of the suspected fraud cases that have been intercepted by "Tipping Safety", becoming the most confusing fraud. The fraud of getting rich and the fraud of counterfeiting also have a high degree of confusion, and the post-90s "urban youth" in the first and second tier cities are the most vulnerable groups to be cheated.

At present, "Tiao Yin Xiao An" helps 800000 users resist potential fraud risks on average every day. It has differentiated processing capabilities and can provide different forms of intervention for target users with different risks, which can greatly improve the efficiency of anti fraud propaganda and interception. In the future, based on its ability to identify different models, "Diaoyin Xiao'an" will also cover risk groups in more scenarios such as ballad refutation, youth and middle-aged and elderly protection.

In order to crack down on illegal acts suspected of fraud, Douyin has continuously invested a lot of manpower and material resources. As of December 31, 2021, there are more than 4500 anti fraud propaganda related accounts on the platform, more than 13.6 billion anti fraud propaganda videos are broadcast, and the total live broadcast time exceeds 5300 hours. In the fourth quarter of 2021, Diaoyin blocked 520000 suspected fraud accounts through the platform in total, and cracked down on 17 online fraud gangs and captured 208 suspects through the linkage with multiple local public security organs.
