NetEase Commonweal believes that with the help of Internet technology, every child in China can have equal access to quality educational resources and see more possibilities in life through learning.
Since 2018, NetEase Public Welfare has launched the "one screen" project, and started to introduce live online classes to schools in remote areas for pilot. In 2019, NetEase public welfare "One Screen" took an important step in promoting education inclusion through digital technology, and officially opened live online classes for more than 100 schools in more than 10 counties in Sichuan Province, benefiting tens of thousands of students.
From 2020 to now, on the basis of summarizing the achievements of public welfare practice in previous years, NetEase public welfare "one screen" deepens the education public welfare model, gathers the group's overall education science and technology strength, hopes to gather more public welfare forces in the society through the media platform of NetEase News, continues to pay attention to education problems in remote areas, through intelligent hardware, high-quality courses With the aid of educational resources such as information platform, students in remote areas also have equal educational opportunities. At present, NetEase public welfare "One Screen" has landed in seven key counties for rural revitalization in Sichuan, Hunan, Gansu, Chongqing, Guizhou, Hubei and Zhejiang provinces and cities, and will continue to invest in education public welfare with more partners.
