Earlier, on April 19, Hainan Regulatory Bureau of the State Financial Supervision and Administration released two tickets. According to the ticket, Chen Chaohai, then the customer service manager of ICBC Haikou Yindu Sub branch, and Huang Haimei, then the customer service manager of ICBC Haikou Qiongzhou Bridge Sub branch, were both prohibited from working in the banking industry for five years when they opened bank cards or U-shields for information network criminal gangs.
