Recently, I read the book Childhood written by the famous Soviet writer Gorky. It is the first of Gorky's autobiographical trilogy, and this book is a reflection of the author's real life. Gorky, based on his own experience, mainly wrote about the hero Alesha's death of his father at the age of three. He followed his distraught mother and kind grandmother to the little dye house master's grandfather's house, but was often beaten by his violent grandfather. Living in such a harsh environment, Alesha was full of depression and fear. But his kind-hearted grandmother protected him everywhere and gave him the love and true feelings in the world. The kind-hearted and kind-hearted grandmother has a broad mind. She is like a bright light, illuminating Aleosha's lonely heart. Her grandmother's love for Aleosha gives Aleosha a strong and unyielding character, making Aleosha feel his existence. After only three years of schooling, he went to society at the age of 11 and bravely began to live on his own.

Think about our childhood, it's a world of difference! First of all, we were born in a new society, the great motherland is prosperous and thriving, and the people live and work in peace and contentment. Second, we have a happy home, live in a beautiful and spacious house, and teachers work hard to nurture me. Our parents love us, and our grandparents protect us. We live a life of clothes, hands and food. Our contemporaries are also 11 years old now, and now they all enjoy unlimited care from society and families. Aliosha did not, but he was so strong, brave, enterprising, and brave to face all difficulties! Through hard work, he became a great writer loved by people!

The book Childhood made me understand how hard the working people lived during the reign of the tsar at that time, and let me know that today's good life is hard won. We should cherish the present happy life, love life, study hard, and use our ability and wisdom to build a better world.
