At that moment, the mole came over. The squirrel asked strangely, "Brother Mole, what are these planted in the field?" The mole said proudly, "It's peanuts." The little squirrel asked again, "Brother Mole, are peanuts delicious? How can you grow peanuts so well?" The mole said, "peanuts are delicious. They are thin and have a lot of meat. I water, fertilize, pull grass and catch insects every day, so peanuts can grow so well." The squirrel left without saying anything.
When autumn came, the mole came to the squirrel's house and said happily, "Brother Squirrel, I have a good harvest of peanuts this year. How many have I brought? You have a taste." As soon as the mole left, the squirrel picked up the peanuts and ate them. "Ah! It's delicious, fragrant and crisp." The squirrel said to himself.
The next spring, squirrels also began to plant peanuts. As time went by, peanuts grew up day by day. The squirrels went to the fields every day to water, fertilize, pull grass and catch insects. Look at the green leaves in the sun, like jade, golden flowers give off a faint fragrance. The squirrel was very happy.
In a twinkling of an eye, it was autumn again. Squirrels came to pick flowers happily with their baskets, but the sight in front of her shocked her. There was not a single peanut on the branch. The flowers and leaves were all gone. The squirrel said sadly, "What about the peanuts I planted so hard? Were they stolen?" The little squirrel thought, "Maybe some of them fell into the soil. So the squirrel broke off the soil to look for them. Suddenly, she found a bunch of full peanuts. The little squirrel said happily, "The flowers grow in the soil!" The little squirrel took the peanuts home and spent a happy winter.
