It was you who led me to the gate of electrolysis, taught me professional skills, and gave me meticulous care with your love. I firmly believe that this kind of care will continue, and I will work hard to repay the company with my actions.
It has been more than a month since I came to the company. During this period, I have become a basically competent electrolytic worker from a proud student. From a little knowledge of aluminum industry to being familiar with the operation process of electrolysis and then specific operations, my daily work experience makes me feel very full of life. Although the training in January is short, it has strengthened my belief in going forward. I also have some feelings about my work and life in the previous month, which can be summarized as follows:
1、 This has improved my understanding of the aluminum industry. As a kind of heavy industry, its importance is self-evident, and as the source of aluminum smelting, our work is also very important. Although the technical content is not too high, we should pay attention to every link from melting into molten aluminum to casting into aluminum ingots. A little carelessness will lead to problems, even accidents. Only by constantly learning the knowledge of electrolysis and mastering the operation process of electrolysis, can we avoid accidents and better practice the company's spirit of "energy-saving, tapping potential, improving efficiency and increasing value".
1、 Let me realize the importance of safe production. "It is better to earn one hundred million less than to work and kill one person" is our pursuit; Quality first, safety first is our belief. Safety in production has always been emphasized by the company, but safety requires the joint efforts of all Xinfeng people, always with a sense of safety in production. The so-called "safety comes from long-term prevention, and accidents come from instant paralysis" reminds us to pay attention to every detail. First, check whether our labor protection appliances are complete before going to work, Then, when working, fully consider which links are prone to accidents, take precautions in advance, carefully check whether the equipment operates normally and make a record before going off duty, and arrange it to the next team at the time of shift handover.
2、 It makes me more mature, which I feel is the most important to me. It is well known that the working environment of the electrolysis workshop is very harsh: high temperature, high strength and very dirty. Both pole changing and cell cleaning should be done carefully and patiently. Sometimes I have to be busy from work to work. But the so-called suffering is the best teacher in life. It is from this tiredness that I realized my value, and only after this kind of training, I completed my character. I have never complained about my work. I also know that if one wants to succeed, he must have a strong psychological quality. My work in the electrolysis workshop gives me the opportunity to hone myself, and I will take it well.
It is only a month since my internship, and there is still a long way to go. Thanks again to the monitor and leaders as my teacher who led me into the door and gave me so much support and help that I found my way in the loss, but did not give up after losing. Finally, I would like to use the words of predecessors as my direction of efforts and encourage myself: eat my own food, sweat, do my own things, rely on heaven and earth, rely on parents, not a hero.
