I have always taken improving my comprehensive quality as the goal, taking the overall development of my own as the direction of struggle, establishing a correct outlook on life and values, and joined the Communist Party of China with honor. Ideologically, it requires active progress, love the motherland, love the people, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, support various principles and policies, comply with national laws and regulations and various rules and regulations, actively move closer to the Party organization, submit the application for Party membership to the Party in the last period, and be rated as "excellent student" when completing the study in the Party School; Have a strong ambition, have the courage to criticize and self-criticism, and establish a correct outlook on life and values.
In the summer vacation of 2007, I practiced in Baiquan International Hotel, Huixian City, Henan Province, with the idea of applying what I learned and combining practice with theory. Through my work as a waiter, I further realized that I must devote myself to the society to really grow up in this university: instead of being angry at the human feelings of the world, I accepted and faced it more, Face the world around with a grateful heart. In fact, life is beautiful! In retrospect, I still have many shortcomings. For example, my innovation ability is not strong enough, and sometimes I don't know how to persist. But I will try my best to improve my ability in these areas in my future study and life, and strive for talents with new qualities in all aspects.
