The summer holiday begins. I am very happy. Last week, I traveled to Zhuhai. It‘s a small but beautiful city. The streets are clean and the buildings are huge. The traffic of Zhuhai is good. There is almost no traffic jams here, because the transportation system is good. Macau is on the opposite of Zhuhai.We can even see the cars running in the streets of Macau. I hope I can step into Macau to visti this magical city.

April 4 Monday Sunny

Today,I went to People's Park with friends to play.First,we went boating on the lake.Water is so clear,and we enjoy playing.Then we wnet to the zoo.We saw any animals,like monkey ,tiger,snake,and so on.We rode the horse,it's very exciting.The most interesting is catching fish.There were all kinds of goldfish.If we caught the goldfish, we could took them away.What a happy day!

Wednesday,August 2nd

It was a fine day! I went to several places of interest such as the Great Wall and tnm square.I was amazed by China's historical background and the industrious Chinese people who built the Great Wall. People are very friendly here. I was greeted by amiable people who were nice enough to tell me about the history of China and by modest students who later practiced speaking English with me. China has left me a wonderful impression and I look forward to come back here for the Olympics.

My Travel To the Great Wall

Every now and then, I get the itch to travel. It is said that traveling may be a feast for the eyes. And it makes our life colorful and meaningful. Meanwhile it can broaden one’s knowledge and vision.

I enjoyed traveling very much. So I went to some places which I looked forward to all the way. To spend the summer holiday, my parents were determined to have a trip to the Great Wall .So did I. When we arrived at the destination, I couldn’t wait to jump out of the seat. The stretching hills and winding walls attracted me at once. When I climbed the top of it, I saw a sign saying “The man who has not climbed the Great Wall is not a true man.” There stood thick trees along both sides of the Great Wall. So the air we breathed was very fresh that I had never experienced. Of course we took many pictures.

Generally speaking, having on a trip can relax ourselves, appreciate the beauty of nature. What’s more, we can broaden our mind and make friends with a supply of people from different countries and colors. So, it is useful for us to have a travel if we are free and enough money.

I heard Lijiang is a very beautiful city when I was young. I travel there in a holidy with my parents.I went there plane. I saw there were many moutain when I got out the plane. The air was fresh.We went to the Lijiang Gucehng the fist day, we bought some intresting things and had a good meal in the Lijiang Gucheng. The second day , we went to the Yulong snow moutain, it's beautiful, and it's my first time see the snow. I played with the snow happily. My father told me that Yulong snow moutain is a famous place in China, many people came here every year. I was happy in this trip, even like there better than Beijing!

I like traveling. Now, I want to say something about one of my journeys.

This April, when I was a volunteer teacher in Gansu, I had a second trip to Dunhuang, which was a major outpost along the Silk Road.

Dunhuang is famous for its mural art. Mogao Grottoes is the most well-known. Besides, the Singing Sands Mountain and the Crescent Moon Lake, Jade Gate Pass, Yang Guan Pass and Yardang Landform are also very, very famous.

It was sunny and warm today. I got up early. After breakfast I went to ..Mountain with my friend Li Lei. It took us about an hour to get there by bus. There were thousands of people. We joined them to climb the mountain as soon as we got there. We felt tired but we kept climbing. It took us about an hour to get to the top of the mountain. The wind was so cool and the scenry was very beautiful. We had a picnic and then we walked down from the mountain. We were very happy that day. In the evening, I surfed the internet and then read an interesting book. I really had a meaningful and happy day.

Mother told me that we will go to Guilin for a trip today. I am very excited because the views there are beautiful. But there is still one day to go and I feel impatient. I think people there must be polite and so should I. Otherwise， we couldnt get well along with each other.
