Early this morning, I took a cup and put a little water in it. I put seven or eight black beans into the water to soak. My father told me not to put too much water in it, or the black beans would die. After 20 minutes, I went to see the black bean, and found that the skin of the black bean was wrinkled, like the face of an old woman in her seventies or eighties. An hour later, I went to see the black bean again, and found that the black bean had no wrinkles, but was full and nearly cracked. I also found that the volume of the black bean had become more than twice the original size, and the color had become lighter. Two more hours later, I went to see the black bean again, When I found that the water in the cup was dry, I was so angry that I thought my mother had poured the water out of my cup. I went to ask my mother. My mother told me, "It is not I who poured the water out of your cup, but black beans who sucked the water out."
I listened and added some water to black beans. After about an hour, I went to see black beans again. I was surprised to find that black beans opened a crack in the black clothes, and little black beans seemed to open their mouths and smile at me. In the evening, I found that the black beans I soaked sprouted. The sprouts were different, some like bean numbers, some like moon buds, and some like hooks! The color change of the sprouts is also very novel. The sprouts were first green, then turned into emerald green, as if the cup was filled with emerald green gems. When I went to see black beans late at night, I found that the sprouts had grown taller, and had been 1-2 cm long.
I couldn't help laughing as I watched Black Bean grow up.
Soaking black beans is so interesting. I hope my black beans can grow up quickly!
