Last weekend, my parents and I went to Tianmen Mountain Park to play together. Tianmen Mountain has beautiful scenery and picturesque landscape. Li Bai, a poet of the Tang Dynasty, once wrote a world-famous poem here - "Looking at Tianmen Mountain": Tianmen Mountain breaks off the opening of the Chu River, and the blue water flows eastward. The green hills on both sides of the river are opposite each other, and the lone sail is coming from the sun.
Entering Tianmen Mountain Park, we first came to the "Tianmen Smoke Wave" on the left. There is a suspension bridge in the air. The suspension bridge is very high from the ground, and the wind is also very strong, which makes it shake. It looks terrible. We walked carefully from above, which was exciting and fun. Coming to the pavilion on the opposite mountain and watching the waves rising from the river lapping the rocks on the side of the mountain, I felt really good!
Stepping down from the pavilion, there are many stone tables and benches for barbecue. Many people bring tools and food materials to barbecue here, which is very comfortable. After passing through a temple, we came to the beach beside the river. Unfortunately, the beach had been submerged by the rising river water, so we had to sit on the stone bench in the pavilion to enjoy the scenery. Suddenly, I found a big statue of Li Bai not far away. Oh, the poems written by Li Bai were beautiful from this angle. I stood beside the statue and carefully observed it for a while. It was exactly the same as the scenery described in the poem. It was very beautiful!
At last, we climbed up to the top of Tianmen Mountain step by step along the steps, and looked down at the panorama from the height. It was really beautiful!
