Blow trumpet (1)

During the holiday, I read many books, one of which impressed me deeply is the American writer E The Swan Playing the Trumpet by B. White.

E. B. White is an outstanding American essayist in the 20th century. His articles are interesting, humorous and self styled. This is especially true of Swan Playing Trumpet. This book mainly tells the story of a swan named Louis Trumpet. Louis, the hero, could not speak when he was born. He could not sound like other swans blowing a horn, so when he grew up, he could not confide in the beautiful swan lady. Swan father stole a trumpet from a musical instrument store in order to let his son regain his voice. Then, with the help of the boy Sam, Louis spared no effort to cut his right foot web and learned to write and blow on the slate. When everything recovered in the next year, he not only paid off his debts with the money he earned from playing the trumpet, but also won the love of his lover.

After reading this book, my mood could not be calm for a long time. Louis paid such a big price for playing the trumpet - cutting his right foot web. Although Louis is a trumpeter swan, he has a noble quality that some of us do not have - honesty and strength. When he learned that the trumpet was stolen by his father, he was very upset, so he decided to play the trumpet well and pay off the debt with the money he earned. Although he encountered a little trouble during playing the trumpet, he did not end his "trumpet career" for this reason, but to solve the problem instead of waiting for death. Such a strong and brave image made me pay homage to him spontaneously. This book encouraged me to face difficulties bravely and solve problems. I still remember one New Year's Concert in which I and three other students performed "Six Hands Joint Play" together. As the end of the semester approached, the pressure of learning was self-evident, but in this case, everyone insisted on getting together twice a week to rehearse. At that time, I was responsible for playing the main melody. I not only had to memorize the music score, but also had to compare the intensity of the rhythm. After achieving excellence, I also had to reach a tacit understanding with other students. Of course, the process of completing this series of exercises and ensemble was not so smooth. I clearly remember that when I just got the music and practiced at home, there were always some sections that I could not play skillfully. It was difficult to understand the rhythm. I also thought about giving up. But whenever I want to give up, it is Louis' experience that gives me the determination to persevere in the end. So, I will calm down and play that bar again and again with more time and patience, and spend more time practicing hard. Finally, when the three of us stood in the center of the stage and presented the music perfectly in front of everyone, I was very glad to have made progress because of my persistent efforts.

Difficulties are not terrible, as long as you dare to overcome difficulties, you will succeed! This sentence is absolutely true. Yes, life is full of difficulties, but some people can decorate difficulties as jewels in the crown, such as scientist Stephen Hawking, composer Beethoven, female writer Helen Keller... They dare to face the cruel and unfair reality, and through their hard work, they have made a great achievement. I still can't forget the contents of Swan Playing the Trumpet up to now, because it is a book with life philosophy and benefits people a lot.

Have you ever seen a swan that can play trumpet? Have you heard that swans can play trumpet? White's works let me see a swan who can play trumpet. This swan is really unusual.

Louis is a mute male swan. Because he can't speak, he went to school to learn to write. Seeing this place, he couldn't help thinking. If a swan classmate came to our class, I would definitely think this swan is very strange. It is the "human" among swans. But the swans didn't know the words, and Louis still couldn't communicate with other swans. I can't say what I mean. In order to help Luis, Swan's father stole the trumpet from the music store. Luis practiced again and again, and finally played the song in his heart. The song not only moved Serena, but also won people's respect.

After reading this book, I was moved for a long time. When I closed my eyes, the difficulty of Louis learning to write came to my mind. But Louis overcame the difficulty through his perseverance. I couldn't help but give him the title of "the best goose in the world". Although Louis' success depends on his own efforts, his selfless father, like his guiding light, gave him directions and lighting, This reminds me of my father. He cares about me and encourages me. He worries about me in every detail in life. When walking on the road, he always puts me inside. He protects me outside. The best food is always left to me. When my mother criticizes me, my father always supports me silently and encourages me, so that I don't lose confidence, My father is as selfless and great as Louis's father. This has strengthened my ideal and made me become a real writer after overcoming all difficulties, because I know that no matter how many difficulties ahead, my father will support me.

After reading this book, I have gained a lot in emotion and knowledge! I used to like writing about scenery. When describing scenery, I would write them like gorgeous "clothes" with many beautiful words. But I didn't expect that simple words can also describe beautiful scenery. Look! "The brook flows slowly. It's very lovely there, with reeds and rushes." In a few words, a beautiful brook appeared before my eyes. ha-ha! The charm of simple language is not small!

These days, I read a book describing friendship, The Swan Playing the Trumpet, written by EB White of the United States.

The story of Swan Playing the Trumpet tells that Louis is a dumb swan who can't make a sound from birth. In order to express his ideas, he learned to write on the slate, but other swans can't read. In order to help Louis, Swan's father stole the trumpet. Louis liked the trumpet very much, practiced it very hard, and played it better and better. In order to pay off the trumpet, Louis went to summer camp as a trumpeter to earn money and pay off his debts. Later, Louis played the trumpet very well in the country. In order to save a beloved Miss Swan, Louis negotiated with the zoo. Finally, Louis won Miss Swan's freedom with the trumpet, and Miss Swan's love. He took it back to his father, paid off the debt of stealing the trumpet, and then took the bride to the swamp where Canadians rarely go to his birthplace to have children.

I like this book. Because Louis lost his voice, he kept working hard to learn to write and play the trumpet, and finally he succeeded! It's worth everyone learning! I admire it and want to learn from it.

Teacher He asked us to read Swan Playing Trumpet this semester. I think this book is very good and interesting.

Louis, the hero of The Swan Playing the Trumpet, was born without a voice and could not make a sound. However, he did not give up. When he fell in love with Serena, he insisted on practicing the trumpet to express his love for her. But the trumpet was stolen by his father. In order to pay back the money, Louis went to summer camp, Boston and Philadelphia to work. Finally, he got the money, returned it to the store owner, and won Serena's love.

After reading this book, I felt Louis' persistence. His wonderful trumpet sound was obtained by his ceaseless efforts. In my future study and life, I will also use this perseverance to treat everything and be a useful person.

Blow trumpet (5)

I read the book Swan Playing Trumpet, and was attracted by the story content at the beginning. Louis was born unable to speak, but in order to tell his beloved swan his love for her, he left his mother to find his friend Sam to learn to write. After learning, I returned to my hometown and found that other swans could not read. He was seen by his parents. My father stole the trumpet from the music store for him. Louis learned that he had to compensate the music store owner. He found his friend Sam again and asked him to give him a job. Sam asked Louis to go to summer camp to be a bugler, and when he was the leader, he also went to play. It can be seen that he persevered and worked hard to repay the debt, and finally returned the money to the music store owner. After that, they went back to their hometown and played a song for their beloved swan, which moved her. From then on, they lived a happy life.

I feel from the story that Louis has worked hard to get the trumpet to practice again and again in order to love, and finally blew out his own voice, touched the beloved swan, and was praised by everyone. This is exactly what I have heard before - "When God closes a door for you, he will open a window for you." Everyone is equal before opportunity. As long as you are willing to climb, nothing is difficult in the world.

Each of us has its own wonderful life, and I think so do animals. (Swan playing trumpet) This story does not have so many moving words, but it vividly presents the wonderful story of a swan playing trumpet. Trumpet swans are very rare animals. They get their name because they sing like trumpets. They can't live without their beautiful voices. To express their feelings with their voices has become an indispensable part of every trumpeter swan's life. However, Louis, the trumpeter swan in the book (The Swan Playing the Trumpet), was unlucky: his voice was hoarse. It can't express its feelings like its brothers and sisters.

For this reason, parents are very distressed. Louis gradually grew up and had a girl he liked, but he could not play a loud trumpet like the beloved swan girl. So Louis found one of his human friends, Sam, and asked him to take him to a human school to study. But the swan girl Louis liked could not read English. Louis was very worried. Dad wants to help it fulfill his wish. He steals a trumpet regardless of the danger of life, and wants his children to learn to play the real trumpet to express his ideas. But Louis was depressed and felt that the trumpet was stolen by his father and should be paid to the store. So it played the trumpet to make money, and soon paid off the money.

In this process, the dumb voice trumpeter swan's trumpet also played better and better, becoming a real trumpeter swan. She also won the heart of the swan girl and lived happily ever after. After reading this book, I benefited a lot: a disabled swan has such a tenacious spirit of struggle, perseverance, and work hard towards his own dream. But many times our healthy people fail to do so. But Louis, the trumpeter swan, did not feel inferior to himself because of his fatal defects, but faced the facts with an optimistic heart. It has hope in its heart and the noble quality of not giving in to defeat and not bowing to fate. Struggle with the fate, let his life have a big counter attack, thus found his own wonderful. Just like Hawking, Helen Keller and Zhang Haidi. They have the noble character of not admitting defeat and daring to fight against the fate. Isn't that what we should learn from them?

[Chapter 1]

In winter vacation, I read a fairy tale book called Swan Playing Trumpet, which is a moving story about growth.

Sam saw the nest of the trumpet swan in the pond. There was a female swan and a male swan. The female swan sat on several swan eggs, and the male swan walked slowly to protect it. Suddenly, a fox was coming quietly. At the moment when he bit his sharp teeth into the neck of the male swan, Sam killed the male swan with a branch. After a few days, five brown and gray trumpet swans hatched in their eggs.

However, there was a swan named Louis who could not speak. In order to express his ideas, Louis learned to write on the slate. But the other swans were illiterate, and Louis could not confide in his beloved swan Serena. His father said to Louis, "All his life, they used their mouths to make a lot of noise. They never really listened to anything - they were only busy expressing their own opinions, which were often wrong or derived from hearsay. Therefore, my son should be happy and enjoy life. On my way, I once saw a trumpet. I think you need a trumpet if you want to live a happy life. " In order to help Louis, Father Swan stole a trumpet from the music store.

Louis made a lot of money performing in various places in order to pay back the money and changed the debt. Louis practiced again and again, and finally sang the song from the bottom of his heart from the trumpet. The music not only moved Serena, but also won people's respect and appreciation. The road of life in front of Louis, more and more broad.

We should be as trustworthy and persistent as Louis to do everything well. Only hard work will lead to success.

[Chapter 2]

The Swan Playing the Trumpet is an American writer E B A classic fairy tale by White. The story mainly tells about Louis, a male swan born mute. Because of this defect, his parents have been worried about him. Therefore, this is the biggest obstacle in Louis's life. In order to help his children overcome the difficulty of not being able to talk, Old Swan risked his life to break the window of a music equipment store and grab an expensive trumpet. In order to learn to play the trumpet, Louis cut the web of his right foot, day after day, because he was very talented in music, he finally played beautiful music, which was appreciated and admired by people. Before long, he flew away and made a lot of money in other places. Then he returned to Hongshi Lake and gave these gold coins to his father to pay the debt. Old Swan risked his life to pay the compensation to the owner of the music equipment store.

After reading the story, I was deeply moved. Every plot and every detail in the book told me that no matter what you do, as long as you dare to challenge yourself and overcome difficulties, you will succeed through your unremitting efforts.

Speaking of Louis, I think of the disabled people in the world. They lack arms and legs, and are deaf and dumb. However, as long as they are strong, they are not scared by these obstacles, which also let me know that the road of life is uneven, everything needs to be taken seriously, and when encountering difficulties, we must think how to solve them, so that your future will be bright, If your body is normal, but you don't work hard, you will sit by the road and become beggars in the future.

We should not only learn the spirit of Louis, but also learn from Old Swan's selfless love for children and courage to take responsibility.

[Chapter 3]

Louise Swan is a dumb swan. He was born dumb. For a trumpet swan, without a beautiful and mellow voice, it can hardly survive in the cruel nature. "Oh, poor Louis." I felt sad. "Its fate is really tragic.". Sam Beaver, an eleven year old boy, became good friends with the swans. Help Louis get through difficulties again and again. The swan father, who loved his children very much, risked being killed by a shotgun and stole a high-grade violin from a musical instrument store, so that his dumb boy Louis could make normal swan calls. Louis Louis' life has changed for the better. My heart is warm. I feel like a swan Louis. I have the same experience with him. Louis and Sam Beaver studied together, learned to write, and won a medal to save people. Louis wants to earn enough money to pay off the trumpet. I think I would like to praise Louis for his behavior. However, the price of this advanced trumpet is not cheap, at least several thousand yuan. For a swan, this is an astronomical figure, and it can't earn so much money. In addition, you will feel that the owner of the musical instrument store has not found the culprit. It doesn't matter, but your conscience will be secretly condemned. Louis came up with a way to make money: playing the trumpet. To get money by playing trumpet everywhere, Sam Beaver was asked to spread his right foot and cut it open at any cost, so that he could make one sound after another. In the end, Louis finally praised enough money to pay for the trumpet and found his beloved wife. I think I'm in a good mood. It's sunny.

There are good and bad fates, but they are not fixed and can be changed. When I encounter difficulties, I will bravely face and overcome them like Louis Swan. No matter how hard it is, I will not easily yield to fate!

I read the book Swan Playing Trumpet, which is very interesting. Let me tell you about it.

This book is about a swan named Louis. He was born dumb and can't talk to other swans. Other swans look down on him. So Louis went to school with a boy named Sam and learned to write. But other swans can't read. Louis's father went to the music store and stole a trumpet. Louis practiced hard and finally learned to play the trumpet, and he played it very well. It liked a swan named Serena. Serena was moved by Louis's trumpet sound and became good friends with Serena. Louise's horn also moved other swans and won their respect.

This book tells us that even if we have shortcomings, we should not be discouraged. We should use our constant efforts to make up for it, which will also gain people's recognition and respect.

The Swan Playing the Trumpet mainly tells that Louis was a mute swan when he was just born. In order to express his inner voice, he learned to write on the slate. However, other swans could not understand what it wrote. The swans are very upset. What can we do to facilitate communication with each other? As a result, Swan father also felt very upset and thought of many ways to make the children happy. Finally, when his father thought of letting Louis play his music specialty, he stole a trumpet from the music store and gave it to Louis. Louis was very happy. He thought: Where is the music score?

Later, he tried every means to borrow music books from human friends. He kept practicing every day. Day after day, the days passed. When he came to the world of swans again, his trumpet sounded melodious and clear. Finally, Louis moved Serena with his singing voice, making her her best friend.

From then on, Louis played with swans every day and had a happy life.

This week I read a very good book - Swan Playing Trumpet.

Swan father and mother gave birth to five little swans, but there was a little swan named Louis, who was born a mute male swan. In order to express his ideas, Louis learned to write on the slate. But the other swans didn't know the words, and Louis still couldn't tell his heart to Serena, his favorite female swan. In order to help Louis, Father Swan stole the trumpet from the music store. Louis practiced again and again, and finally played the song in his heart. In order to pay off the arrears of the trumpet, Louis worked everywhere with his own expertise, and finally paid off the arrears of the trumpet and the loss of the shopkeeper. Louise's music moved Serena and people. Finally, Luis, Serena and their babies lived a happy life together.

This book tells us that it doesn't matter if we have some defects. We should not abandon ourselves and change the status quo through our own efforts.

Blow trumpet (11)

It is a cruel thing that a swan cannot make a sound. Louis, the swan playing the trumpet, has suffered such a fate

When the time came for Louis to be born, he jumped out of his shell. When he wanted to say "clu ho", he found that he was a mute swan. Louis was very sad and worried, but he was brave. He didn't give up on life easily. He felt 600 words when reading Swan Playing Trumpet.

A few days later, after my father's training, I taught the swan babies more and more, and they could fly! At first, Louis was afraid that it could not fly, but the final result was not that it was like the one in the middle. Day after day, the little swans grew up. Although Louis could not say anything, he met a little boy in Montana. His name was "Sam". Sam helped them once.

In autumn, they have arrived at another place. Louis thought for a long time, and finally Louis decided to leave his family to find Sam. Louis took off. He searched and searched. Seeing Sam coming out of school, Louis flew over. Sam was very happy to see him! Sam thought that Louis had no voice, so he would let him teach Chinese characters in our school. Louis agreed. Louis was very confident of himself. He would not give up until he learned one thing. He was very persistent

After reading these sections, I think Louis is a very persistent animal. Although he doesn't make any sound, he still doesn't give up his life. Instead, he insists on living with perseverance to create a better life. It not only surprises people, but also gives him a new goal, When a swan has no voice, it has overcome many problems. It has learned to fly to give it true confidence and courage. Louis's spirit has made me understand that even if we have defects and deficiencies in some aspects, we should not give up everything, but should see and play to our talents in other aspects 600 words of Yougan.

Blow trumpet (12)

It is a fairy tale that has moved for half a century. I wrote it to children and read it to adults. With the teacher's recommendation, I read the book Swan Playing the Trumpet. I think that although it is a fairy tale book, it is meaningful and memorable. Its cover picture shows two swans swimming, and there is another sentence on it: a fairy tale that has moved for half a century, written for children and adults... This makes me curious and eager about this book. Louis, the hero, is a male trumpeter swan born mute. He can't tell his heart to his beloved swan. In order to help Louis, his father broke the window of a music store and stole a trumpet. Louis cut the web of his right foot to practice blowing the horn, and finally he played the beautiful song from the bottom of his heart. The music not only moved his beloved swan, but also got people's praise. In order to save money and return it to the music equipment store owner, Louis worked as a trumpet player, a cruise ship "guide", and a concert hall "singer". After some efforts, he finally brought back enough gold coins. His father braved his family's opposition and braved his life to return the compensation to the owner of the shop. "The swan must be happy, not sad; elegant, not clumsy; brave, not cowardly. Remember, there are always young people in the world who have some obstacles to overcome. You obviously have a speaking defect, but I'm sure you will overcome it in time. There are too many people in the world who just talk to themselves endlessly, but it is hard to find people who are willing to listen to others. When you listen to others, you can get more than you can when you speak. " This is what Swan Dad said to Little Swan Louis. Although fate was cruel to it and took away its voice, it remembered his father's words, never bowed to fate, fought against fate indomitably and finally achieved success. The road of life is full of twists and turns. If we are eager to choose a good and happy life, we need to fight against the fate, difficulties and setbacks to change the road after life. Only by overcoming difficulties and daring to challenge, can the future be bright and we can feel the happiness and happiness of life. Always remember that fate is in your own hands. At the same time, old Louis's selfless love and courage to take responsibility also deeply moved me. In our life, there are countless parents who can be full of love for their children, but there are few who can bravely take responsibility for the society and their own behavior. Sometimes, our love seems a little selfish. Old Louis has set a good example for us. He taught us to be responsible for our own actions, even if we have to risk our lives. A really educational book is worth reading by all parents who love their children in the world!

Blow trumpet (13)

[Chapter 1]

Gently close the Pupil Age, and the sound of Louis's moving trumpet in the wonderful passage of Swan Playing the Trumpet seems to be still ringing in his ears. This beautiful trumpet sound has benefited me a lot.

This book tells about a swan named Louis, who can't talk and can't express his love when he meets the swan he likes. But he didn't give up. He went to his good friend Sam to learn to write, and tried to practice playing the trumpet. Finally, he learned to play the trumpet and moved Serena with the sound of the trumpet.

When I read that in order to be able to play the trumpet well, Pais had to endure pain and cut the soles of his feet open, my heart was shocked. I was deeply moved by its spirit of not giving up easily when encountering difficulties.

This reminds me of Kuang Heng in his youth. He was so diligent and eager to learn, but because his family was poor, he could not afford to buy candles or books. But he didn't give up. He chiseled a small hole in the wall to learn from his neighbor's light. He went to work in a rich family again, and exchanged his own labor for books. Later, he became Prime Minister, which was inseparable from his spirit of not giving up easily when he met difficulties in his youth.

The ancients of our country are like this, and those foreign celebrities are no exception. When Edison invented the light bulb, when he used more than one thousand filaments, his assistant advised him to give up, but he said: "I've got a good harvest up to now, at least I found that more than one thousand materials can't be used to make filaments." Finally, he succeeded after more than 6000 experiments.

This reminds me of my experience when I learned to swim. When I entered the water for the first time, I was so scared that I seemed to lose my weight and my feet were unstable. When I slowly sank into the water, the water kept pouring into my ears and mouth. It was really painful. "It's too hard, I don't want to learn!" I shouted. At this time, the coach said patiently: "Don't be afraid of such difficulties, take your time, and you will succeed." I was skeptical and listened to the coach's guidance. First learn to hold my breath and choke on water, which is inevitable, but I gritted my teeth and insisted on practicing. Gradually, I can hold my breath for more than ten seconds, and I am so proud! In the next few days, the coach taught us the breaststroke leg movements: closing, turning, kicking, and merging. Although I have failed again and again, I have been defeated repeatedly. Now I can swim freely in the water like a little frog. If I gave up when I met difficulties at the beginning, I would still be a "dry duck" now!

No matter what difficulties we encounter, we should not give up easily. We can also play the moving trumpet!

[Chapter 2]

I visited E B. The swan playing the trumpet is the last fairy tale book of White's life. Louis, the hero, is a male swan born mute. In order to be able to speak his mind to others, Louis went to school and learned to write on the slate. When he returned to the geese, he found that his companion did not know the words, and Louis still had no way to tell his beloved swan. In order to encourage Louis, Papa Goose went to the musical instrument store and stole the trumpet for Louis to learn. Louis learned while performing, and finally saved enough money to pay off the debt (trumpet money), but also successfully played the song in his heart. The music moved Serena, whom she had been in love with for a long time, and won people's respect and encouragement.

After reading this book, I felt that if you want to succeed, you must pay more hard work and perseverance than others. Only in this way can you succeed. In our life, what is wrong? Sometimes, when we encounter difficulties and setbacks, most people want to escape more than bravely face and strive to overcome difficulties. If we can not give up and retreat like Louis in the book, things will eventually be solved. There are also many such people in our real life, including the writer Helen Keller.

Helen Keller is an American blind and deaf woman writer, educator and philanthropist in the 19th century. With the education and help of Anne Sullivan, she has mastered English, French, German and other five languages with the spirit and perseverance of self-improvement. She was admitted to Radcliffe College of Harvard University, completed a series of works, and is committed to benefiting the disabled and establishing charities.

In fact, everyone and animals have their own dreams, depending on whether you will work hard for them. For example, Louis's dream is to lead a happy life with himself and Serena's children, while Helen Keller's dream is to do his best to help the disabled who need help. Of course, I also have my own dream. My dream is to be a glorious people's teacher, because I think it is happy to be a teacher. When I see my students leaving school, I will show my life in all positions; When we see that they have successfully set up their own business: when we see that they have a harmonious family; When you see your students in their respective fields, winning honors... It's like seeing fruit trees blossom and bear fruit in your own orchard. "Peaches and plums are everywhere" is the happiness of being a teacher. That's why I want to be a teacher. In order to achieve my dream, I will study hard and read a lot of books to increase my knowledge. In addition, I will participate in various public welfare activities to cultivate my patience and love.

My Chinese dream, everyone's Chinese dream. Everyone can't be plain sailing in the process of pursuing dreams. When we encounter difficulties, we should not shrink back like Louis Swan. Only in this way can we converge a Chinese dream.

Blow the trumpet (14)

I read a lot of meaningful books during the summer vacation. One of my favorite books is The Swan Playing the Trumpet, written by Mr. White, an American children's literature writer.

I was fascinated by the story in the book and moved by the swan playing the trumpet.

The swan playing the trumpet was named Louis. It was born unable to make sound, but he did not believe that he would be a mute swan in his life. When he grows up, his father and mother are worried about him. In order to help Louis, his father sacrificed his reputation and self-esteem, broke the window of a musical instrument store and stole a trumpet. Louis also cut the web of his right foot to practice blowing. After hard practice, he finally played a beautiful tune. Every capital sounds so beautiful, as if it is a song from the heart. The music not only moved his beloved swan, but also got people's praise. In order to pay off his father's debt to the music store, Louis went everywhere to perform. He didn't spend any of the money he earned and saved enough money. Then Louis came home with a heavy purse and wrote a letter apologizing to the music store owner and explaining why. His father once again risked the risk to return the compensation to the shopkeeper and restore his reputation.

Louis learned spelling in human school with the help of a little boy, wrote letters on a small blackboard, and people could talk with him. I think he's amazing.

I like Louis very much because he is trustworthy, smart and persistent in doing everything well, just as he learns to play the trumpet. No matter whether he has setbacks or not, he will persist in the end. I think I should learn from him. If I want to do something, I should stick to it.

Blow trumpet (15)

Today, I read a book by E B. White wrote a book called Blowing the Trumpet Swan.

This book is about a dumb swan named Louis. Because he can't make a sound, he is in great trouble when it comes to love - he can't express his love with a loud voice. When Louis' father knew about it, he helped Louis steal a trumpet. The stolen trumpet became Louis's concern. He went to summer camp, Boston, and Philadelphia to work. Finally, he saved enough money to buy the trumpet. Louis met a Miss Swan in a storm. He played intoxicating music with his trumpet and won Miss Swan's heart.

After reading this book, I felt Louis' persistence and perseverance. His wonderful trumpet voice was obtained with his talent and perseverance. This kind of persistence is what I lack. I will learn to persevere. I believe that as long as I have a goal, persevere, and work hard towards the goal, my dream will come true.

"The swan must be happy but not sad, elegant but not clumsy, brave but not timid. You should remember that there are many young people with obstacles in the world. You obviously have a speaking defect, but I'm sure you will overcome it in time. There are too many people in the world who just talk endlessly, but it's hard to find people who are willing to listen to others. When you listen to others, you can get more than you can when you speak. " This is what Father Swan said to young Louis. The Swan Playing the Trumpet is an American writer E B. White's classic work. Its main content is the story of a dumb swan named Louis who fought against fate, overcame various difficulties and finally achieved success. Due to his inability to speak, Louis's life was restricted. It cannot communicate with other swans. In order to make up for its shortcomings, it was assisted by Sam, a farm boy. I learned to read and write in school. Swan father tried to go to the city and fetch a trumpet for his son. Without paying for the trumpet, Louis hung the slate, pen and trumpet around his neck. Go to summer camp as a trumpeter to earn money and repay debts. I also went to Boston and Philadelphia to play trumpet, which is famous all over the country... After reading this book, I learned that the road of life is uneven, and the future is fixed. As long as we overcome difficulties, our future is bright. In any case, there is still one sentence: sincerity is the key to success. No matter what you do, don't give up

Book review of Swan Playing Trumpet

Last week, I read a book named Swan Playing Trumpet written by American writer E. B. White. I like this book very much.

This book mainly talks about Louis, a male swan born mute. Because he couldn't make any voice, he couldn't confide his heart to Serena, the beautiful Swan. Therefore, Swan father bravely broke into a musical instrument store and stole a trumpet for Louis. Louis learned that the trumpet was stolen, so he worked harder to practice it and earn money to pay off his debts. Through Louis' continuous efforts, he finally made up for the lack of voice with the trumpet, which also moved Serena and others. From then on, Luis and Serena lived happily together.

This book has taught me that we should learn from Louis, the quality of perseverance and never giving up; As a human being, in order to accomplish something, we should strive to pursue and realize it.

Come and read this good book!
