Nothing can be more exciting than success to a man. But you must face many difficulties before you can succeed. No one can make it easily. And it’s harder for those who are in adverse conditions to succeed.

However,everything has two sides. Just as someone said, in every adversity there lies the seed of an advantage and in every defeat there is a lesson showing you how to win the victory next time. The most important forus is to establish a brief, that is perseverance. The British ex-prime minister Winston Churchill had a motto of Never, never, never, never give up . Nothing can substitute for hard work. Life is a process of struggle for success.

Opportunity is one of the elements of success. But opportunities don’t come often. And not all the opportunities can certainly lead to success. Moreover, opportunities are usually disguised as hard work; therefore most people don’t recognize them. So if you want to achieve something, you must make efforts and get prepared. Otherwise, you will take no advantage of opportunities when they come to you. In my opinion, there are plenty of opportunities for everyone in our society, but only those who have made enough preparations and are highly talented can make use of them to achieve their purpose.

there has long been an old saying that there is no such thing as a great talent without great will power,which idencates an essential way to success.I'm totally approve of this point ,The following are my reasons

First of all ,everyone wishes to succeed,but not all succeed in the end.the reason is that only a few people have a strong will.If Thomas Edison does not have a strong will ,he won't tried hundreds of materials before he succeed. then he was just a common man .what's more,no matter who you are ,you are bond to form three quantities ,patience, carefulness,and consentration in the road of success,It's hard to form them without a strong will .last but not the least.bearing what others cann't bear is challenging .And a great will can help you a lot.

In a word,although it's never easy to succeed ,doing efforts with a strong will ,and you will be the one.

today i am very glad to be here to share with you my ideas of success. what is success? it is what everyone is longing for.sometimes success would be rather simple. winning a game is success; getting a high grade in the exam is success; making a new friend is success; even now i am standing here giving my speech is somehow also success.

however, as a person’s whole life is concerned, success becomes very

complicated. is fortune success? is fame success? is high social status success? no, i don’t think so. i believe success is the realization of people’s hopes and ideals.nowadays, in the modern society there are many people who are regarded as the successful. and the most obvious characteristics of hem are money, high position and luxurious life. so most people believe that s success and all that they do is for this purpose. but the problem is wether it is real success. we all know there are always more money, higher position and better condition in front of us. if we keep chasing them, where is the end? what will satisfy us at last? therefore, we can see, to get the real success we must need something inside, which is the realization of people’ hopes and ideals.

other. but i am sure every success is dear to everybody, cause it is not easy to come by, cause in the process of our striving for success, we got both our body and soul tempted, meanwhile we are enlightened by the most valuable qualities of human beings: love, patient, courage and sense of responsibility. these are the best treasures. so now i am very proud that i have this opportunity to stand here speaking to all of you. it is my success, cause i raise up to challenge my hope.

what is success? everyone has his own interpretation as i do. but i am sure every success leads to an ever-brighter future. so ladies and gentlemen, believe in our hopes, believe in ourselves, we, every one of us, can make a successful life!
