Visit Baiyun Mountain

Baiyun Mountain, located in Baiyun District, Guangzhou City, has been a famous scenic spot since ancient times. Chairman Mao and Premier Zhou both came here and worked on the mountain in summer. Baiyun Mountain is one of the best places in Guangzhou.

As soon as we entered the gate of Baiyun Mountain, we saw a cableway stretching along the hillside to the top of the mountain. We decided to take the cableway to see the scenery halfway up the mountain.

Half way up the mountain, the first place to see is Yuntai Garden, where there are many exotic flowers and plants. In the Yuntai Garden, there is a huge flower clock. My father told me that it is composed of 12 kinds of flowers that bloom at different times. At every moment, one kind of flower will bloom, telling you what time it is. Isn't it amazing? We also saw many valleys and trees, many birds singing to us, and many flowers.
