When some people are rich in materials, they find that materials can only bring people some happiness and some beauty; Material things can not bring people all happiness. Especially when material desires are running high, people are often full of sentimentality, depression, confusion, and sadness, but they don't know how to relieve themselves. Some people begin to search for the inner spirit, seek the inner peace and comfort, gradually break away from some material control, consciously choose to put down some external material things, start to return to the physical essence, understand that the body is the foundation of practice, life is the foundation of life, and begin to cherish themselves and the people around them, Spend energy to repair and restore your body and mind. The old abbot said, "Life has three floors: the first floor is the material life, the second floor is the spiritual life, and the third floor is the soul life. The wisdom of waterfall

"The benevolent Leshan, the wise Leshui", the millennium wisdom written by human beings, sometimes can not compare with the enlightenment given by nature generously. Watching the Huangguoshu Waterfall in Anshun, I saw the torrential river flowing down from high places, like countless silver dragons of all sizes falling from the sky. It was so imposing and graceful. I suddenly understood a line in the Book of Changes: "The ninth line, the dragon has regrets, and it will not last long.". This line says that after nine days, the dragon can no longer fly high, so there are only two possibilities: one is to stay where it is, and the other is to fall. It is difficult to stay in place, so you can only choose the second situation - leaving a prominent and noble position.

Lao Tzu also regarded it as the wisdom of life to understand the way of prosperity and decline, and Fan Li, a famous scholar at the end of the Spring and Autumn Period, was a typical example of this.
