Books are spiritual food. After reading a good book, I make friends with a good friend. I read a fairy tale called "The Ugly Duckling", which made me feel very deeply. The content is that a duck has been ugly since its birth. People and animals around it, even its dear mother, do not like it. At home, in the aloe grove, in the bush, in the marsh, in the farmyard, it was ridiculed, bullied and tortured everywhere. However, it never gave up, and always worked tirelessly. Finally, it flew to its own beautiful future on its own favorable wings and became a beautiful white swan!

At that time, I was thinking: Isn't this ugly duckling our model? When the ugly duckling is excluded and ridiculed, isn't that the difficulty we have to face? The ugly duckling has good intentions, dreams and hopes, and overcomes difficulties with an optimistic, strong and brave heart. As long as there are ideals and pursuits in your heart, you will not be afraid even in adversity. "Gold always shines".

I used to like to give up halfway when doing things, and retreat when encountering difficulties, as well as in learning. But after watching The Ugly Duckling, I decided to learn its tenacity and be diligent in asking questions when encountering problems in learning. We should learn to be strong, persistent and hardworking. In fact, there is a "white swan" in every one of us, which is far beyond our reach. But it depends on how you use it. As long as you treat it well, you will become a beautiful "daytime goose" through hard work. If you neglect it, you will be mediocre and become an "ugly duckling" who will be ridiculed and excluded all your life.

This beautiful "white swan" is the ideal and hope in my heart.
