How to grade health managers
Health managers are divided into five levels: Level I (senior technician), Level II (technician), Level III (senior), Level IV (intermediate), and Level V (junior); Intermediate health manager and senior health manager. The certificate is an authoritative certificate issued by the Health Commission.
Intermediate health manager:
The learning content of intermediate health managers covers ten modules, including health management overview, basic nutrition, psychology and health, traditional Chinese medicine regimen, chronic disease conditioning, sports and health, environment and health, industrial development and marketing, eloquence speech training, and career development planning; Spanning multiple disciplines such as nutrition, psychology, traditional Chinese medicine health care, rehabilitation health care, sports, marketing, etc., the course covers basic knowledge and the latest concepts of disciplines related to health management, and especially highlights the training of quality and ability required by health managers in actual work.
Senior health manager:
In addition to the skills learned by health managers, senior health managers add: information collection, health risk assessment and report interpretation; Diabetes and hypertension health management and practice training; Obesity and gout health management and practical training; Health management of pregnant women, nursing mothers, infants, children and adolescents; Senior courses and practical training such as health management for the elderly and professional population.
