4. The moistened tea cakes shall be dried by classification. After the tea cake is affected with damp, it is necessary to observe the degree of dampness of the tea cake as soon as possible, whether it is slightly affected with damp or severely moldy, and classify the tea cakes according to the degree of dampness. If it is slightly damped, just speed up the indoor air circulation; If the tea cake is seriously damped, it must be dried in a timely manner; For tea cakes with mildew spots, gently pat them with dry cloth to remove the mildew spots, and then dry them in the sun.
5. The environment of the tea room should be well ventilated. At any time, the environment of the tea room should be kept ventilated. Pu'er tea cakes should be kept separately. They should not be all wrapped together. The unventilated Pu'er tea is easy to get moldy.
6. Excessively damp tea cakes should be discarded. If Pu'er tea cake has been seriously affected by moisture and green mold or black mold has grown, it should be discarded immediately. Pu'er tea cakes that have been spoiled due to serious damp will affect people's health, bring diseases, and spread mildew on other tea cakes. Therefore, they must be discarded in time.
