Main ingredients: a beef heart, some garlic, and some coriander. Accessories: 1 teaspoon of chili sauce, some soy sauce, and some salt.
Heat the oil, add garlic and chilli sauce and stir fry.
Slice beef heart and stir in the pan.
Add soy sauce and stir well.

How to clean the beef heart: 1. Do not use a layer of film inside or outside the beef heart.
