1. Preparation materials: 2 durian shells, 1 bamboo chicken, red dates, round meat and ginger slices.
2. Prepare the materials. Wash the chicken and cut into large pieces. Dig out the white durian shell.
3. Prepare red jujube and wolfberry meat, and remove the pit of red jujube.
4. Boil cold water and chicken together (without cover) to remove the fishy smell of bleeding water.
5. Heat up the durian bag, red dates, round meat, ginger slices and drained chicken.
6. Bring it to a boil in high heat, cover it and bring it to a boil in small heat for 2 hours.
7. 10 minutes before cooking. Season with salt before drinking.
