Kyoto has the following three Michelin restaurants to choose from:
1. Junaijing is a Michelin two star restaurant. The name of the Chrysanthemum Well comes from the fact that the water from the well where the tea was made in the old shop of Fengchen Xiuji looks like chrysanthemums in full bloom. Therefore, the well was named Ju Well, and the material pavilion later opened with the cooking made by this well was called Ju Nai Well.
2. Jizhao Lanshan, a traditional Japanese restaurant located in Lanshan, is a Michelin three-star restaurant. While dining, you can enjoy the scenery of Lanshan Mountain, which is the most picturesque place in the Michelin restaurant in Kyoto. The cuisine is exquisite and the decoration is elegant.
3. Qianhua, a Michelin three-star restaurant, was founded in 1946. It is a leader in cooking in front of the board in Japan and even in the world. Banqian refers to the chef who is in charge of cutting knives for the avant-garde guests at the cooking table. In addition to his exquisite cutting skills and various cooking methods, he is also responsible for purchasing goods and preparing food materials in person.
