1. Ingredients: ribs, ginger, cooking wine, corn, carrots, salt, sugar, sesame oil.
2. First, add clean water to the ribs, clean them, and then soak them in water to soak out the blood water in the ribs. Add a spoonful of salt, and then add a small amount of starch. Scratch and wash them, so that the blood water can be thoroughly cleaned. Clean it again with clean water.
3. Add water to the pot, boil the ribs in cold water, add a few pieces of ginger and cooking wine, and bring to a boil. After the boil, remove the foam from the top. After the foam is cleaned, we will take the ribs out and put them on the plate.
4. Prepare 2 corns, remove the head and tail, and then cut them into small pieces. Wash the carrots, peel them, cut them into pieces, slice ginger, and set aside.
5. Add water to the pot, pour in the ribs, add ginger slices and a small amount of cooking wine, stir it, boil it over high heat, remove the foam, and then put the corn in and boil it.
6. Prepare a casserole. Pour the spareribs soup into the casserole and boil it. The soup cooked in the casserole is more delicious. After boiling it over high heat, turn to low heat and boil it for 50 minutes. When the time is up, pour in the carrot pieces, cover the pot and cook for another 10 minutes, open the lid and add a spoonful of salt, a little sugar, then pour in a little sesame oil, and finally add a little coriander, which is delicious.
7. Tips
(1) When we make the spareribs and corn soup, we don't need to stir fry them in the pan. We can just boil them directly in the pan. The stewed spareribs are delicious and not greasy. We don't need to stir fry them in oil before we stew them. Because there is a lot of oil in the spareribs, we don't need to stir fry them in oil again.
(2) When washing the ribs, add some starch and salt to scrub them. They will be clean. After that, wash them again with clean water. They are not only clean, but also have no fishy smell!
