A small amount of sheep dung can be put in a sealed container and placed in a place exposed to solar energy. High temperature fermentation can be used. Note that the water content of sheep dung should be between 50% and 75%. If it is too dry and rotten, it will take about one month in spring and autumn, and half a month in summer. After fermentation, it is advisable to air it slightly before application. In this way, the fermented sheep dung plants can absorb well and will not burn the roots.
Standard fermentation method:
1. The amount of sheep dung mixed with a proper amount of straw powder depends on the water content of sheep dung. Generally, 45% of the water content is required for fermentation, that is, when you knead it into a ball with your hands, you can see water on the fingers, but no water is dripping, and it will disperse when you release your hands.
2. Then, mix 1 ton of material (about 1.5 tons of fresh material) with 3 kg of original liquid of biological compound bacteria, dilute the bacterial liquid with clean water at a ratio of 1:300, and spray evenly into the material pile for mixed fermentation. Add proper amount of corn flour to provide sugar for strain fermentation, so that multi-dimensional complex enzyme bacteria will soon dominate.
3. Add the prepared mixture into the mixer for mixing, and the mixing must be uniform and thorough without leaving any raw blocks.
4. The mixed ingredients are stacked into a long strip between 2.0m - 3.0m wide and 1.5m - 2.0m high (the fermentation effect is better if the length is more than 3m), which is dumped every 3 days with a tipper.
5. It will be heated in 3 days, odorless in 5 days, loose in 9 days, fragrant in 12 days, and fertilized in 15 days. On the third day of stacking, the temperature can reach 60 ℃ - 80 ℃, killing E. coli, insect eggs and other pests; On the fifth day, the odor of sheep dung was eliminated; On the 9th day, the compost became loose, dry and full of white hyphae; On the 12th day, it sent out a kind of distiller's yeast fragrance; On the 15th day, the bacterial fertilizer will be fermented and mature.
