There are three cases. The first one is the timing belt fracture: the engine is basically scrapped, and even if it is not scrapped, it needs to be overhauled. The engine valve and ignition system cannot operate normally, and the timing drive cannot output power, so the engine will suddenly stall and slide. At the same time, the piston will move up and down due to inertia, and the opening and closing of the valve has stopped. In the narrow combustion chamber, the piston is likely to collide with the valve, resulting in the bending of the valve stem, the concave of the piston top, and even the hole in the cylinder head.
Second, the generator belt is broken: first, it breaks down, the generator does not generate electricity, the booster pump does not assist, and the direction cannot be turned, so the car cannot be driven. If the speed is not very fast, the problem is not very big, the car can still be driven for a while. But do not drive straight ahead, because the generator will not generate electricity if the generator belt is broken. If the battery is used up, the vehicle will also stop. It is recommended to pull over immediately and find a trailer for repair and replacement.
The third is the water pump belt: if the water pump belt is broken, it will open the pot. Because the water pump belt is broken, the engine cooling system will not be able to circulate, and the effect of heat dissipation will not be achieved. Finally, the internal temperature of the engine will be too high, and the engine will be damaged.
