1. Ingredients preparation: pumpkin, egg, vegetable oil, bread crumb, starch, salt.
2. Peel and slice the pumpkin, remove the center gourd, and then cut it into 1cm wide and 4cm long segments.
3. Put 1 teaspoon of salt into the cut pumpkin section, mix well, marinate for 20 minutes, and let the pumpkin out of water.
4. Water will come out of the pickled pumpkin section. After controlling the water content, add dry starch and mix well, so that each piece is stained with starch.
5. Break the eggs.
6. Wrap pumpkin strips evenly with egg liquid.
7. Dip it with bread crumbs.
8. Keep still for about 3 minutes.
9. Put oil in the pan, 50% hot, put pumpkin strips into the pan and fry slowly until the color becomes light yellow.
10. Drain and remove the oil after hardening.
11. Bring the oil to a boil over high heat, add the pumpkin strips and fry them again, remove them and drain the oil.
