1. Ingredients: 2 jin crabs, some scallions, garlic, ginger, some dry chili, pepper, green pepper, and a little Huadiao wine
2. After buying crabs, they spit in water and then scrub them clean;
3. Chop onion, garlic and ginger into small pieces for standby;
4. Cut green pepper with a hob;
5. Heat the oil in the pan, add onion, garlic, ginger, dried chilli and Chinese prickly ash, and then pour in crabs, stir fry until they no longer struggle, add a little Huadiao wine, add salt and chicken essence, continue to stir fry until the color turns red, add water to cover the noodles, cover the pan and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes;
6. Ten minutes later, put the sauce on the fire, add green peppers, stir fry, and then out of the pot.
