1. Main ingredients: wheat flour (600g), black sesame (60g).
2. Accessories: eggs (300g).
3. Seasoning: salt (12g) lard (refined) (100g) peanut oil (120g).
4. Wash the black sesame and dry it.
5. Put the dough in a basin, knock in eggs, add refined salt and lard, and make the dough. Rub it evenly and thoroughly, and leave it for about 10 minutes.
6. Put the dough on the cutting board, sprinkle black sesame seeds, roll it into rectangular slices, and then cut it into diamond shaped pieces to make it into green sesame leaves.
7. Pour peanut oil into the frying pan. When it is 80% hot, put in the green sesame leaves. When it is golden brown, remove the oil and serve.
