(2) The professional quality and work ability cannot meet the work requirements;
(3) Poor sense of responsibility or work style;
(4) Unable to complete the work task, or caused major losses or adverse social impact due to serious mistakes and dereliction of duty in the work;
(5) There is a problem of dishonesty and the situation is serious.
