The printer does not print:
1. The cartridge temperature is abnormally high. This situation is that the ink cartridge has no ink, and the printer is heated when it is working, which causes the temperature to be too high. Solution: Add ink to the ink cartridge.
2. It may be that the ink pipe of the continuous supply is not connected smoothly, resulting in obstruction. If the continuous supply system is not installed, it may be that the upper cover of the ink cartridge is not properly covered or there is foreign matter on the track where the ink cart moves. Solution: Turn off the machine, turn on the machine, take out the printer's ink cartridge, and use an eraser to clean the chips on the ink cartridge. Then turn off the machine and turn it on. Press and hold the down arrow key on the printer. Press for one or two minutes. If not, repeat the above operation and try several times more.
