Is there any regulation on the registration time of nurse qualification certificate
The registration of nurse qualification certificate shall be submitted within 3 years from the date of passing the nurse qualification examination; If an application is filed within the time limit, in addition to the materials specified in the Administrative Measures for Nurse Practicing Registration, a certificate of three months' clinical nursing training and passing the examination in a teaching or general hospital specified by the health administrative department of the people's government of a province, autonomous region, or municipality directly under the Central Government shall also be submitted.
The materials specified in the Administrative Measures for Nurse Practice Registration are as follows:
(1) Review form of nurse practice registration application;
(2) The identity certificate of the applicant;
(3) The applicant's academic certificate and clinical practice certificate in professional study;
(4) Certificate of qualification of nurse qualification examination;
(5) The applicant's physical examination certificate within 6 months issued by the medical institution designated by the health administration department of the people's government of the province, autonomous region, or municipality directly under the Central Government;
(6) Relevant materials to be employed by medical and health institutions.
Conditions for registration of nurse qualification certificate:
(1) Having full civil capacity;
(2) Complete the general full-time nursing and midwifery courses for more than 3 years specified by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health in secondary vocational schools and colleges and universities, including more than 8 months of clinical nursing practice in teaching and general hospitals, and obtain the corresponding academic certificates;
(3) Passed the nurse qualification examination organized by the Ministry of Health;
(4) No psychiatric history;
(5) No color blindness, color weakness, binaural hearing impairment;
(6) No disease, disability or dysfunction affecting the performance of nursing duties.
