Ingredients: chicken legs, beans, potatoes, oil, salt, day lily, bean sprouts, noodles, red pepper, anise, cinnamon, Chinese prickly ash, ginger, soy sauce, chicken essence, cooking wine.
Methods: 1. Chop the chicken leg and boil it in boiling water to remove blood;
