Ingredients: wormwood, glutinous rice flour, brown rice flour, raw flour, sugar, baking soda.
After cleaning the wormwood, boil the bell, disinfect and remove the taste of wormwood.
Knead and squeeze the boiled wormwood into a ball; Tear the wormwood balls out of the bitter juice and put them into the boiling pot. Pour proper amount of water and sugar, boil them over high heat and then turn to low heat.
Add baking soda and continue to boil until the wormwood leaves become soft paste, turn off the heat, pour out the fried wormwood juice, and leave the wormwood leaves in the boiling pot.
Pour in the brown rice flour while stirring the flour and wormwood leaves in the pot. Rub the brown rice flour and wormwood leaves together. If it feels dry, sprinkle the wormwood juice in the bowl on the dough until the dough is smooth and soft. Sprinkle the glutinous rice flour on the kneaded dough, and rub the glutinous rice flour into the coarse flour dough bit by bit. Fully mix the two kinds of flour.
Knead until you feel that the Qingming fruit dough in your hand is tough, soft and hard enough. Each time, take a small agent from the big dough and knead it into a small ball in your palm, flatten it and then pack the filling. Use the mold to make the desired pattern, and then put it into the pot and steam it.
