1. When adjusting the belt operation of the tensioning mechanism method, if the belt deviates to the same side under the conditions of no load and heavy load, it indicates that the tightness of both sides of the belt is different, and the screw rod or counterweight of the tensioning mechanism should be adjusted according to the rule of "tight running without loose running". If the tape deviates from left to right and has no fixed direction, it indicates that the tape is loose, and the tensioning mechanism should be adjusted.
2. If the tape deviates from the roller, it indicates that the roller is not installed horizontally, the roller is axially moving, or one end of the roller is in front and the other end is behind. At this time, the levelness and parallelism of the drum should be corrected.
3. If the belt always deviates to one side when the belt is unloaded, move the idler bracket on the deviated side forward 1 to 2cm along the running direction of the belt, or raise the idler bracket or rack on the other side properly.
4. If the tape does not deflect when it is unloaded, but always deflects to one side when it is overloaded, it indicates that the tape has deflected. The position of the receiving hopper or belt conveyor shall be adjusted so that the belt is evenly loaded to prevent its deviation.
5. If the edge of the tape is severely worn or the seam of the tape is not parallel, the tension on both sides of the tape will be inconsistent. The tape should be refinished or replaced.
