1. Ingredients: 150g lobster, 100g grass carp, 200g tomato.
2. Accessories: 30g onion (white), 30g carrot, 15g celery.
3. Seasonings: 3g salt, 1g pepper, 15g sweet paste, 15g tomato paste, 2g sesame leaf, 1g sesame oil, 25g vegetable oil.
4. Cut the fish and lobster into 1cm long and 5mm wide slices.
5. Boil for a short time in the boiling water pot, remove and put them into 10 soup pots.
6. When serving, add the boiling cream tomato soup.
