The bank interview is generally based on leaderless group discussion and semi-structured interview. The interview process of the leaderless group includes admission, examinee question mark, examiner announcement process and time reminder, personal statement, free discussion, summary speech and departure. The semi-structured interview process includes lot drawing, interview opening remarks, questions, and interview completion.
For leaderless group discussion, a piece of material to be discussed in the interview will be obtained. The interviewer will give the total time, followed by the allocation of group roles. The time control and discussion framework will be freely decided by the group members.
The semi-structured interview process is to first use 3-5 minutes to introduce yourself. Self introduction needs to highlight your advantages in such a short time, which is not so easy, so you need to prepare well at ordinary times. After introducing yourself, the interviewer will ask questions based on your resume. Common questions include why you applied for our bank, what is the most frustrating thing you have encountered in college, and so on.
