Ingredients: Fresh chicken, pig, sheep, beef, pickled cabbage soup, seasoning.
Step:
Cut fresh meat, such as chicken, pig, sheep and cattle, into fists;
Prepare mountain spring water in a big iron pot and start to add fire;
Pour lumps of meat cut to the size of a fist into the cold water in the pot and start cooking;
When the fresh meat is boiled in the cold water in the pot, increase the fire power and continue to boil for about half an hour, then the fire power starts to slow down, and the cooking time of beef and mutton will be extended for about half to one hour;
Boil until all the blood and foam are gone and the broth is clear. Two or three minutes later, pick up the lumps of meat and put them in a dustpan woven with bamboo;
Sprinkle proper amount of refined salt on Tuotuo meat while it is hot in the dustpan, mix it and let the soup drip until the meat is neither hot nor cold;
Divide Tuotuo meat into plates and serve it on the table.
