What are the conditions for self-study examination
In order to further improve the scientific and standardized level of physical examination for civil servants, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the National Health and Family Planning Commission and the National Civil Service Bureau organized medical experts to review the General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial) (hereinafter referred to as the "Standards") and the Operation Manual for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial) (hereinafter referred to as the "Operation Manual") Some contents have been revised, and relevant matters are notified as follows:
1、 The first article of the Standard is revised as: rheumatic heart disease, cardiomyopathy, coronary heart disease, congenital heart disease and other organic heart diseases, unqualified. Those with congenital heart disease who do not need surgery or who are cured by surgery are qualified.
In case of any of the following circumstances, pathological changes shall be excluded and qualified:
(1) Heart auscultation has murmur;
(2) Frequent premature contraction;
(3) The heart rate is less than 50 times or more than 110 times per minute;
(4) Other conditions with abnormal ECG.
2、 The second article of the Standard is revised as: blood pressure is within the following range, qualified: systolic blood pressure is less than 140mmHg; Diastolic pressure is less than 90mmHg.
3、 Article 3 of the Standard is revised as: blood system disease, unqualified. Simple iron deficiency anemia: hemoglobin is higher than 90g/L in males and 80g/L in females, qualified.
4、 Article 6 of the Standard is revised as: chronic pancreatitis, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease and other serious chronic digestive diseases, unqualified. If there is no serious complication after subtotal gastrectomy, it is qualified.
5、 Article 7 of the Standard is revised as: various acute and chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis, unqualified.
6、 Article 8 of the Standard is revised as: malignant tumor, unqualified.
7、 Article 9 of the Standard is revised as: nephritis, chronic pyelonephritis, polycystic kidney, renal insufficiency, unqualified.
8、 Article 19 of the Standard is revised as follows: the corrected visual acuity of both eyes is lower than 4.8 (0.6 decimal visual acuity), the corrected visual acuity of one eye is blind and the other eye is lower than 4.9 (0.8 decimal visual acuity), and there is obvious visual impairment of eye disease, which is unqualified.
9、 Article 20 of the Standard is revised as follows: if both ears have hearing impairment, and if the ears can not hear within 3m of the use of artificial hearing devices, it is unacceptable.
10、 The Operation Manual has been revised accordingly according to the revision of the above provisions of the Standard.
This Notice shall come into force as of January 1, 2017. All departments around the country should conscientiously implement the revised Standards and Operation Manual, and conscientiously do a good job in the physical examination of civil servants. In case of any problem in the specific work, please timely report it to the central civil service department and the health (health and family planning) administrative department.
