The Influence of CET-4 and CET-6 on Postgraduate Entrance Examination
1. There is no requirement for CET-4 and CET-6 scores in the postgraduate entrance examination itself. According to the National Master Candidate Enrollment Guidelines, postgraduates are only required to have a bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualifications, and there are no specific hard and fast regulations on CET-4 and CET-6 scores.
2. Some famous universities and special majors need candidates with certain grades because of professional needs. You'd better directly check the latest postgraduate enrollment brochure of the applicant institution. If there is nothing in the brochure, there is no requirement.
3. Levels IV and VI have little impact on the re examination of postgraduate entrance examination, but in the re examination, the certificates of Level IV and VI can be used as additional points (the proportion of each school is different). Some schools account for about 10% of the total score of the re examination.
4. The scores of CET-4 and CET-6 will affect the adjustment of the postgraduate entrance examination to a certain extent. Some colleges and universities may have requirements for the scores of CET-4 and CET-6 when recruiting adjustment students (some colleges and universities clearly stipulate that the adjustment candidates must have a score of no less than 425 in CET-4).
