Ingredients: right amount of cooking wine, right amount of Chinese prickly ash, right amount of shredded ginger, right amount of salt, right amount of vinegar, right amount of soy sauce, right amount of sugar, right amount of millet pepper, right amount of leek, 2 pieces of crucian carp, right amount of onion, right amount of chopped garlic.
Step:
1. Wash the fish with cooking wine, shredded ginger, Chinese prickly ash and salt for about 10 minutes;
2. Boil the water, simply wipe the water juice with kitchen paper, put the fish on the plate, seal the fresh-keeping film, and steam for about 8 minutes on the steaming grid;
3. Chopped leeks, chopped onions, chopped garlic, a little sugar, some soy sauce and vinegar, chopped millet pepper and put aside;
