Ingredients: onion, ginger, garlic, shrimp skin, salt, chicken essence, thirteen spices, pepper powder, starch juice, sesame oil, onion oil, potato starch, vermicelli.
Production steps:
1. Boil the noodles in boiling water and take them out;
2. Bake the sweet potato starch into juice without too much water;
3. Chop onion, ginger and garlic into small pieces;
4. Take a basin, put in noodles, add scallions, ginger, garlic, shrimp skin, salt, chicken essence, thirteen spices, pepper powder and mix well;
5. Add some starch juice, sesame oil and scallion oil;
6. Mix directly by hand;
7. Each piece of mixed noodles is stained with starch juice;
8. Take a flat plate and apply a layer of oil evenly;
9. Spread the noodles evenly on the plate;
10. Flatten the surface with starch juice;
11. Put it into a boiling steamer for about 50 minutes;
12. Take it out and let it cool.
