1. Ingredients: chicken leg, chicken foot, cordyceps flower, ginger, corn, carrot, jujube, salt, chicken powder, cooking wine.
2. Remove the black part of the root of cordyceps sinensis flower, then rinse it and soak it in water for 20 minutes.
3. Cut 2 chicken legs and 5 chicken feet off their toes. The total weight of the two is about 500g.
4. Boil chicken leg and chicken foot pan with a spoonful of cooking wine, and then rinse them.
5. One corn is peeled and cut into pieces, one carrot is peeled and cut into pieces, ginger is sliced, and six red dates are reserved.
6. Take a casserole, add chicken legs, chicken feet, ginger slices, water soaked with caterpillar fungus flowers and some water to boil, then turn to low heat and boil for 15 minutes.
7. After 15 minutes, add corn and carrots, cover them and continue to simmer for 15 minutes.
8. Finally, put some red dates and soaked cordyceps flowers in a small heat pot for seven or eight minutes, turn off the heat and add some salt and chicken powder.
