Different billiard playing methods lead to different placement forms. There are three forms of billiard placement:
1. The form of placement before the opening of the 16 colored balls: use a tripod to place 15 colored balls into a triangle, and place the No. 8 ball in the middle of the third row. The other full-color and colored balls should be placed as far apart as possible. The first ball on the top should be placed on the ball placement point, and the ball should be placed close to each other without gaps. The cue ball should be placed in the tee off area on the other side of the table;
2. Before the start of snooker, there is a kick-off line at the kick-off end of the table. The kick-off line is divided into three points. A brown ball is placed at the midpoint, green balls and yellow balls are placed on the left and right sides, blue balls are placed in the center of the table, pink balls are placed from the blue ball point to the midpoint of the top library, and then 15 red balls are placed in an equilateral triangle to contact each other, The pink ball should be as close to the red ball on the vertex as possible but not in contact with it. The black ball is located in the center line of the table, the bottom edge of the red ball triangle and the midpoint of the top library, and the white main ball can be placed in the semicircular D-shaped area behind the tee line;
3. The placement form of nine balls before the start: the ball should be placed in a diamond shape. The No. 1 ball is the top corner ball, placed on the top corner of the diamond, the No. 9 ball is placed in the middle of the diamond structure, and the rest of the balls should be placed around the No. 9 ball randomly and neatly.
